Why did my neighbor, who wouldn't even be an xfinity customer if I hadn't convinced him to leave AT&T, receive an email with a "justforu" code for $400 off an iphone and I did not. And when I called in to inquire about it, I was told if I didn't receive the same email, too bad! That is some [Edited: "Language"]!

@XfinityHeather​ obviously you can't read because I said in my initial post that I called in to inquire about this and wasa told... too bad! and that was after almost 2 hours on the phone!
