Many missing movies that were purchased

I have purchased over 150 movies thru Xfinity and cannot watch over 40 of them … my bought movies are disappearing and I can not watch them. By the looks of it I am not the only one who is having this problem. Thats over hundreds of dollars… if you can’t give me my movies that I already paid for then give me my money back so I can repurchase them from another more trustworthy site. Give me a refund for the movies you are not letting me watch that are mine. Any answer for that?

Hello @sandi2017, thank you for taking the time to reach out on social media. 

When you buy a movie or TV show from your TV Box or Xfinity Stream, you can view your purchased title in multiple ways:

  • You can watch on your TV:
    • On Xfinity X1, from the main menu, go to Saved > Purchases, then select the title you want to watch.
    • On non-X1 TV Boxes, select Purchases from the Xfinity On Demand menu.
  • You can stream them on the Xfinity Stream app and web portal. From the main menu, your purchases will appear under Saved.
  • You can download purchases using the Xfinity Stream app. Downloaded titles can even be viewed when you're not connected to the Internet. To download, select your title from your purchases list and then click Download. We recommend that you download purchased titles shortly after purchase.

I purchased Season 11 of Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown but it doesn’t show up on my Purchases list. Can you tell me where it is?

I’m on a Samsung tv. I went to “Saved” and “Purchases” and an another one of the shows I purchased is there but the Anthony Bourdain one is missing. I have Xfinity X1, I  think.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
