Manual Peacock Activation Required - Diamond Member - Entitlement Error
Hello, I am a Diamond Xfinity Rewards member and should have access to Peacock Premium. However, the activation banner is not appearing in my Xfinity Assistant or Rewards portal.
I have already tried clearing my cache, using incognito mode, and accessing xfinity.com/activate-peacock without success. I have chatted with two representatives who were unable to resolve the sync issue.
Could you please perform a manual account entitlement reset or open an ECM (Executive Customer Management) ticket to sync my Peacock eligibility? My X1 internet account is active, and the reward has been claimed in the portal, but the "Activate" link is missing. Thank you.

Hello @EKN9 Appreciate you providing all the information on what has been tried so far and confirming the reward was already redeemed through the Rewards Membership portal. Did you get an email with activation instructions at all? Another site you can try activating from as well is xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions . If neither of these are helpful in resolving the issue we can certainly escalate it.
