Manager in Springfield Il..horrible
After 4 weeks, 2 chats (one of them over 2 hours). One tech didn't show. 3 days later a tech showed, didn't fix. 2 sets of cable boxes...I finally went into the store. The manager is so rude. Says..we are sales not service . It's obvious he hates his job. It's also obvious xfinity doesn't [Edited: "Language"] about customer service. I could not be more frustrated. Please let another company come in and challenge them.
