Manager at Xfinity Rancho Cordova, 95670
I have been an Xfinity customer for many years.Today I got an email with my new bill, it had gone up significantly. The xfinity store is about 5 minutes from my home so I went there to speak to someone. A young man asked if he could help me and I went over to the desk where the computers are while I was standing there waiting for help he was looking down and texting on his personal phone he did this for about 5 minutes finally he said what is your phone number to look up my account. I asked him why my bill had gone up and he said Xfinity can raise your bill anytime if you're not on contract they could raise it to $500 if they wanted I said was I on a contract before he said yes but it ended and I said do you get any kind of notice when it's ending cuz I didn't hear that it ended, Do you send out emails to customers? He said I don't know I don't handle the email Department this is Xfinity I don't know anything about this I just work here. I was there at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he said he was a manager. If that's the manager you guys really need to evaluate the people that work for you he was rude didn't seem to be interested in helping me was too busy texting on his phone. I didn't get his name but as I said he said he was the manager that day. I've been a customer for a long time and pay a lot of money every month for Xfinity I don't appreciate being treated rudely buy some young kids who doesn't know how to act and doesn't know how to maintain positive customer service. I just wanted to call this to your attention. Thank you in advance.
