Manage plan

I am trying to find someone to help me manage my plan but I cant get a hold of a live agent. AI does not know the answers to my question. And when I call all of the customer service numbers it disconnects. horrible

I am also wanting to CANCEL MY TV STREAMING SERVICE but finding it difficult to get support to do this!

The local store employees could not get it done, the online AI Assistant could not get it done.

As a loyal customer who pays my bill on time, how do I get the support and excellent service I expect?
