Make appointment with an agent to come to house

For the past two weeks I haven’t been able to use my tv or remote I’ve tried making appointments on line but it kept only giving me on line appointments and I keep asking for someone to come to my house please help

@user_iat6jp, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with their remote control issues you are experiencing. If you haven't done already, I'd recommend swapping the batteries. After swapping them I'd recommend resetting the remote to factory settings then paring the remote. Let me know if that works.
