Make an appointment
After trying multiple times, we have 2 televisions out of 4 that are offline and we can't get them to work. One box says the problem is the Xfinity remote and the other one just says that there has been an error. We would need to book an appointment for a technicien to come out a soon as possible. Thanks

We can also help continue troubleshooting here just share what you have tried and more details to help us better isolate and resolve the problem.
