I was trying to make a payment online but received a message that "you'll need to make a payment in store". I've been a customer for 16 years. Could you look into this? Thanks a lot.

I am having the exact same issue with no luck resolving through calling Xfinity customer support, calling the Xfinity billing department, or through the Xfinity customer support chat. I also sent a message to Xfinity support through the forum here and have not heard back. It is extremely frustrating as a loyal customer who has just tried to pay her bill (all with virtual cards in my own name/billing address). I thought I was being creative trying to use up small balances remaining on gift cards I receive throughout the year... jokes on me. I should not have to drive 40+ minutes out of my way every month to pay in person with cash. The best I was told is that this will resolve on its own within 6 months which, in my opinion, is unacceptable.
