This is totally ridiculous that I no longer get NFL Network. It is a channel in my cable package that I am paying for but can’t get. I watch that channel every single day. Am I going to get a discount on my bill since I have not been able to watch the channel? From what I have read this is Comcast fault because Disney wanted to leave the channel on during negotiations and Comcast is the one that said no. I don’t even know why I still have Comcast, they are horrible, specially for the amount of money I am paying and I’m paying for a channel that I watch and can’t even get anymore.
Hello @user_0unmcv, Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.
Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.
I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

We don’t have specific details on credits tied to channel lineup updates. You can always review and customize your services to see what options and packages are currently available to you using our Plan Builder: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder.

What is fair pricing to Xfinity? Please, I would love to know. Everything is so expensive these days and when we come home to relax we want to forget about everything and tune out and tune in to our escape on television.
Then you take away our favorite channel because ESPN/DISNEY wants more money? Or do you all want more money? Subscribers? Do we have any say in this? Sure. We could all cancel and then what for you? You might keep customers if you thought of them first. Like communication. A novel concept, I’m sure. You could answer questions that we have. For instance, why is this taking so long to come to an agreement? Who decides when it comes back to the customer to view? Why do you charge so much? You people made over a billion dollars in profit last year. You must be kidding, right? You make that kind of profit but it’s not enough. It sickens me how greedy you can be. All of us regular people look forward to is seeing our children grow up, eat healthy, have a roof over our heads, and if we can, afford to get cable. It might not be a lot to your executives who don’t seem to care about how their bread is buttered, but it matters to the average Joe.
Please put pen to paper and the NFL NETWORK back on. NOW!!!!!!!
I’m so sick and tired of this nonsense. Can’t you just get a deal done? How hard is it to make an agreement? Sigh! Subscribers get the shaft. We pay over and above what any of this programming is worth and we can’t choose our own channels either. We can’t watch our favorite channel because you took it away. Why!? I’m really tired of paying for my subscription when you take a channel away that I watch more than other ones because greedy 💸 billionaires want more money as usual.
Please get a deal done! I’ve been loyal to Xfinity but that doesn’t mean I will for very long.
I pay extra every month for the sports programs and only do that so I can get nfl network. If you don’t have it up and running i would like a refund. When nfl training camps open in July I will get rid of all my xfinity accounts and switch to someone who carries the nfl network
