Make a change to my plan?

Hi,

Do Comcast/Xfinity employees still monitor these forums, or are they user-to-user only?  I'd like to make a change or two to my current plan.

You can also try to manage your plan right from the xfinity.com website, but I'd be happy to help as well. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

 

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

I signed up for stream saver . Part of the stream saver offer. Your were given access to Netflix, Apple + and Peacock. I received Netflix and Peacock but not Apple +. Its been impossible to get help with my request for Apple + . I'm thinking about filing a class action lawsuit with Xfinity.

I'm asking them to fulfill their agreement. !!
