Maintenance Department
I had a technician out today, and there is a problem with my speeds not reaching the 2100 at the top of the pole. They said they get 1500 and need a maintenance truck out to fix this.
How can I get a ticket or something submitted to do so?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @john_m1. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. This is something that the technician would have put a ticket in for. I can double check that there is a ticket in for maintenance.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
