Mainline cable issue

I've had 2 technicians come to my house saying the same thing that the main line has an issue and needs maintenance I don't need anymore technicians i need you to fix the mainline.

It hasn't been long but from where I read online you guys can just ignore this and not do anything for months so I'm writing this before that happens.

Both technicians say they put a ticket in to miniatous, please tell me you guys got it and are scheduling a time to come out and fix the mainline?
