Main x1 box will not come online

After a regional power outage, the system came back online several hours later.  Everything works except my main x1 box in living room.  Other tv boxes are working but i cannot get the main one to restart.  I have tried the assistant, followed the instructions to unplug for a forced reboot, but it remains offline. No system restore or reboot can happen while this box remains offline.  How do i fix this?
