Main user has dementia - daughter with POA needs to contact customer service

I cannot reach a human being. How do I get my Power of Attorney in place so that I can manage this account?

My father set it up and no one can access anything now that he has no functioning brain any more. 

HELP.

I have the same question. How does a Power of Attorney Agent get access to a Principals account? The link provided does not work.

Hey there user_tw00, that's tough for anyone to go through with their loved ones, so I wish you the best. Were you looking to take ownership of the account? If so, I can work with you to submit a ticket. If possible, you can also ask the Primary User on the account to add you as a manager user role, which would give your full access to manage the account. This 'Walkthrough' can help you through those steps.
