Main line across my yard fir 3 weeks.
I have called 5 times now. There was a storm and it knocked down the main line and is laying across mine and my neighbors yard. You need to send a competent English speaking crew with a bucket truck and have this fixed before I just take wire cutters and sell the copper for my troubles.

I was told by customer support that it would be 7-14 business days before someone comes and gets this out of my yard. I will be cutting the line down myself.

Are your services affected by this, such as being completely down or intermittent? Did you report it already through our Xfinity Assistant, and was any kind of ticket created on your behalf?
