Main line across my yard fir 3 weeks.

I have called 5 times now. There was a storm and it knocked down the main line and is laying across mine and my neighbors yard.  You need to send a competent English speaking crew with a bucket truck and have this fixed before I just take wire cutters and sell the copper for my troubles.

I was told by customer support that it would be 7-14 business days before someone comes and gets this out of my yard. I will be cutting the line down myself.

Hello, @user_z0hubw. Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and report this outside line concern! That is definitely something we'd like to address as soon as possible for you, it'll just help to know a few key pieces of information before we get started. Are your services affected by this, such as being completely down or intermittent? Did you report it already through our Xfinity Assistant, and was any kind of ticket created on your behalf?

@XfinitySara this is not the line to the house. This is a line fallen from the pole. I have spoken to agents and online. There is a safety hazard in my yard. There is now a 3rd ticket number as the previous 2 tickets were closed because an outside contractor was sent to work on a “house line” and not equipped to repair this.

I would also like to state that we were looking into switching back to Comcast, but the lack of adequate help I am receiving tells me how much you all care.
