Main cable line on ground and no one will respond
Hello,
The main cable line that runs under the power lines has been hanging extremely low where it was a threat to vehicles driving under it. I had previously reported but nothing was ever done about it.
Today a large truck clipped the line causing it to snap back and hit the power line causing a power outage that required a line repair of the power line. The cable line is now laying across the roadway, amazingly my internet and cable tv still work. This has gone from a nuisance to a serious issue because the issue has been dealt with.
I have reported via the online reporting page but have never gotten any kind of response and calling 1.800.Xfinity will only deal with customer service and tech support issues.
Who can I contact to get this issue resolved?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
