Mailed box to me. What is it

This is [Edited: PII] I have a box( unopened) sent to me. Did I pay for it o order it?  If it is a new  modem or Router am I supposed to install it. Was it sent to me by mistake?  Please clarify!

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
