Madness with AI

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last week and a half now and whenever I try or make an attempt your system always revert to an AI assistant, which helps none. I need a scheduled technician to fix my Internet service and you all will not allow that because you keep sending me through this endless loop with AI not solving my problem at all. Can someone please address this!?!?

I connect my device to the coaxial outlet and follow all of the set-up steps diligently and it seems that the outlet itself isn’t providing a signal at all.
