Made a payment plan with agent .Services still suspended
I spoke with an agent through live chat, i was told that my services will be OK until April 5. It is March 26 and the service have been suspended in the middle of my work.I am very upset with my service.

Working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having service up and running and appreciate the update you had worked in a chat previously in regard to a payment arrangement. When you were in the chat previously, did you set the future dated payment during the arrangement process: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement ?
