Made a payment plan with agent .Services still suspended

I spoke with an agent through live chat, i was told that my services will be OK until April 5. It is March 26 and the service have been suspended in the middle of my work.I am very upset with my service.

Hello, @user_39ccj8 thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. Working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having service up and running and appreciate the update you had worked in a chat previously in regard to a payment arrangement. When you were in the chat previously, did you set the future dated payment during the arrangement process: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement ?

Yes I did , I told the agent that I had a prior payment arrangement for March 25, but I made a mistake and set it for the wrong day and I needed it moved to April 4(not April 5th as I previously stated).The agent said that it would be completely fine and they said they changed the payment arrangement now I’m being told that I did not honor that first payment arrangement so they can’t assist me until I pay the full balance
