Made a payment arrangement

I made a payment arrangement with xfinity chat agent and verified it through the Xfinity assistant but my flex box still has not come back up.

Hi, @user_cc3bf0! Thanks for spending time out of your Saturday to contact XFINITY over our forums page for help with getting that Flexbox working. I love streaming on my devices so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this experience. Let's get that fixed. Are you seeing an error message or an error code?

Its just saying the device needs to be activated. Does it take a few hours to pop back on.

It shouldn't take that long, actually. @user_cc3bf0 Have you tried unplugging the Flex for 30 seconds and plugging it back in to see if you experience the same issue?
