Lying xfinity agents

The xfinity assistance agents are constantly lying to me about receiving bill credits. I was told I would receive a $30 credit on February  3rd. That date passed and I received no credit. Something like this has happened 4 times to me. I have the downloading transcript with a promise of $30 credit, that they refused to honor.
