LYING REPS...THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
My bill was $256/mo...rep said she could reduce it by $40+ a month...no changes to anything...keep my security, all of my channels, internet speed...and get Peacock as an added bonus...and all locked in for 5 yrs. Come to find out she completely LIED ABOUT IT ALL! Took my legacy package away, downgraded my channels, took my home security away (I'm a widow and have had my house broken into). I call to report it b/c all of a sudden my home security doesn't work and I've lost most of my channels...new rep says it will now be $287/mo to restore it to what I had. [Edited: "Profanity"]?!?! [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I'm hiring an attorney, filing a complaint with the Attorney General in my state and reporting this to the BBB and FCC. I have been a customer for 26 years...this is complete [Edited: "Profanity"] and I'm not going to sit still and let this happen...b/c I know it's going to keep happening to others like me.
