Lying representatives

I got a notice that my phone services were going to be shut off. I immediately contacted through chat and was told I wasn’t eligible for a payment plan but he spoke to his “team”

And they allowed me to pay $80 that day and then $50 the following Wednesday.

The very next day I got the same notice that my service was going to be shut off, I contacted them again and this time the lady told me that she had set up a payment plan. Oh what a relief…

Two days later my phone services get shut off, confused I contacted them again and this guy told me that he would fix it and escalated my issue to advanced team and he said that i wouldn’t have to contact them again about this issue and I’d receive an email in an hour stating my services were restored. An hour goes by and the email i received was for a

.99 cent credit 🤯🤯  and I restored

Up a plan surprisingly. Waited a couple hours and nothing changed and I contacted again and was told the non number I called set up a plan for the internet. Then he disconnected the chat after an hour of trying to get this sorted out.
