Lying about turning the Internet back on
Y’all said and I have screenshots that would return my Internet back on to be on the 12 month plan to pay 44 something dollars a month. I paid $50 tonight out of my bank account and I have not had my Internet turned back on. I’m a gold member and I do not appreciate this in four more. I’m really thinking about leaving Comcast and y’all have the audacity to tell me that I still owe $500 to turn my service back on I paid this at 12 AM Georgia time

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
