LOYALTY!!
As a xfinity customer for over 10 years, it's really bad. How they do not appreciate the loyalty to their company. They give new customers all the good deals and discounts and benefits while the loyal customers get nothing.! We get higher bills, we don't get the promotions. And yet we stay cause we like the service, not the customer service, but the service. I stay with xfinity because I have great internet connection I have great phone service and sometimes I will get good customer service but not often and yet I stay because of the quality I get. But loyalty gives you nothing they do NOT and I repeat They do NOT care about Loyalty. They charge more for being loyal to their brand and there company. So if you want loyalty don't get xfinity. If you want high price and good quality with okay customer service once in a while than this company will do.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_n6d4j0, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. We truly appreciate your feedback, and I want you to know that you’ve been heard. We completely understand how appealing new customer promotions can be, and it’s important to us that our loyal customers feel just as valued. That’s why we offer promotions for long-time customers, along with access to our Xfinity Rewards program. As a member, you receive complimentary perks and gifts as our way of saying thank you for your continued loyalty. And the longer you’ve been with us, the better the rewards become. It’s one of the ways we show our appreciation for your commitment over the years. We'd be happy to review your account and see what promotions you are eligible for.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
