Loyalty to an existing customer

As a customer or 26 years who likes our Comcast service, I am very frustrated that I can’t get the promotional pricing for internet at $50/ mo for 5 years. This is unfair and may cause me to switch to another provider. Don’t you want to retain old customers?  I know from the press that you are losing many customers. Sad. And poor customer satisfaction.

user_fs2gjb Hello. Thanks for leaving a post. While I certainly understand your frustration of not being able to get the introductory rate promotion that is being offered we do have savings opportunities available to existing customers. Your loyalty also makes you a Diamond tier member in our Xfinity Membership program that offers many rewards and discounts not available to new customers. If you'd like us to review your account for any savings we would be happy to do so. Just shoot us a direct message with your full name and service address if you'd like us to do that.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
