Loyalty tax
With all the rising expenses in this country, I feel Comcast could help out in a meaningful way. I always see discounts for new customers but never for loyal customers. Your national image would greatly improve if you started giving discounts to customers like me who have been a loyal customer for twelve years. I am also a senior citizen. With the millions of $ that Comcast makes just in paid advertising, this really wouldn’t hurt your bottom line at all. Most companies do not honor loyal customers and just assume they will always be there. If you would offer loyalty discounts, it would help millions of customers in this tough economy. I am also a disabled veteran. Break the mold, think outside of the box, and start helping the people of this country.
