Loyalty discount


I’ve been a long‑time customer and have always appreciated the service, but my monthly bill has increased significantly. I’m hoping to stay with your company, but the current rate isn’t sustainable for me.

Before I explore switching providers, I wanted to check whether there are any loyalty, retention, or promotional discounts available that could bring my bill down to a more reasonable rate.

I’d really appreciate your help in finding a solution that allows me to continue as a customer.
