Loyalty Department

I've see a number of posts about direct messaging the Loyalty Department - but it no longer exists on this forum page apparently.  There's no chat option beyond the Xfinity Assistant - which only connects you with  teams that cannot do anything but offer plans that are predominantly worse.  How do we get in contact to a loyalty area to get some help with better plans for customers who aren't brand new?
