Loyalty customer service offer false promotion on internet and mobile service

December 27th, 2024 loyalty customer service offer a internet and mobile promotion buy one get one.  Told me that I would get $40.00

off of my $105. internet bill for 24 months.  I also would get $200. virtual gift cards.  I kept asking is this for real.  Donna assure me it was the 

promotion.  She also sign me up for a free apple watch promotion.  One month later know gift cards and i was told today that $40. discount

was not coming.  Xfinity customer service said Donna had lied to me.  I have never seem a company do their customers like this.  I have 5 or 6

customer service people lie to me about this promotion.  I now have found out that there is other customers just like me.  I have made complaints 

to the proper government agencies.
