Loyalty Bonus

I need to know if my loyalty bonus would transfer if I upgrade to a higher speed?

The chat customer service advisor told me that I would have to upgrade first and then talk to the loyalty dept. I think that is backwards, I want to know before I upgrade so that I know what my bill will be.

user_o89f2z thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out regarding your account options and loyalty bonus. To know for sure what would happen, we will need to review your account on our end, but I will say that usually loyalty offers are contingent on maintaining your current service package.

Will you review it? and if not,  then you need to call it something other than a loyalty, because if I am loyal at 300 mbps than I am  loyal at 1 gig. This whole thing has not made me feel valued, nor rewarded for the loyalty that you supposedly appreciate.

@user_o89f2z I can definitely take a look at your account to see what happened. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

@user_o89f2z This was answered, not they way I had wished as it does not state a loyalty bonus is attached to a specific plan, not a specific account. But it is, what it is.
