lowering my bill

Been Comcast customer > 25 years.  Have tv, internet,  home phone.  Have a contract discount that will expire on 10/7.  Bill is now 330 and when I called in, rep said it will increase to 374.  I am very close to telling Comcast to “pound sand” and go with cord cutting solutions.  Would prefer not to do that but I’m close to the breaking point!  I’ve read that comcast is losing a lot of customers.  How can i ‘substantially’ lower the bill (not just a few dollars here and there)?  All input appreciated.
