Lower Internet rates

I am a senior citizen (63 yoa) and will be retiring in a few months. I will be looking to reduce monthly expenditures. What kind of a deal can I get to lower my monthly internet rate as I have been a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer for a number of years. You are offering very cheap new comer rates to attract new customers but doing nothing to try and retain long time customers. There are a lot of other companies with attractive offers out there. I'm giving you a chance to retain a long time customer with a lower monthly internet rate. What can you do for me.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
