Low wires

The Xfinity/Comcast utility cable is dipping much too low over our driveway—we can see that the thin attachment wires are broken, so the cable will only sag lower now.
How can we get this repaired?

Good Morning, @user_ya8jzh! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the low hanging line, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to submit a ticket for our crews to come out and raise the line. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
