@user_rxjrch The minimum height for service cables is 10 feet and may be in the correct position. If there is any damage to the cable we can dispatch a technician to repair or reconnect the line. How was it determined the line is Comcast's? You would need to contact the local utility company who owns the pole as they would have record of every line associated.
