Low wire caused truck damage
A low hanging Comcast wire caused significant damage to my truck and I need a contact for insurance. I have talked to everyone I have been able to by phone and getting a run around with no information to help at all. I will be continuing to take any step necessary to be compensated for this issue.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
