Hello, @user_elowdp what internet speed plan are you on? Do you have a Xfinity Gateway (XB6 or higher) or customer owned device rated for the higher upload speeds? You can check using this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#unauth. Enter your address and speed then click find devices. If you scroll down there should be a clickable box for next generation speed devices. The first table has the compatible devices.
