I recently lost my job and am on mass health and unemployment , I currently have Xfinity but need to apply for the low income discount how do I do that?

There isn't a "low income discount" per se, but there is Internet Essentials. However, that has some stringent guidelines for acceptance, one of which is you can't have internet for 90 days before applying. If you follow that link you would see the other criteria.
An employee should be along soon to help you with your account. It may mean some reductions for a while so that you might be able to afford internet at least, but be open to all options.
