Low hanging wires in neighborhood

There are low hanging Comcast wires in my neighborhood. NOT at my address. I have a 5th wheel camper that cannot go under the wires without concern of contacting my solar panels. I have placed multiple service requests as well as contacted my county who has also placed requests. This must be taken care of immediately. This is also a violation of county ordinances.
