Low hanging wire/removal
Hi - I previously had service with you, but I disconnected it a few years ago. Is the wire, however, remained and is now hanging very low across my driveway due to a recent windstorm. I would like to schedule a time to have someone come and remove the cable that runs from the pole to my house, as I am not able to have larger vehicles come into the driveway anymore due to the cable hanging low.
