Low hanging overhead line.

I am a contractor building a house, and a delivery truck hit the overhead line and it is restricting access to the driveway.  The delivery company reported the incident three weeks ago and it has yet to be fixed.  How do I resolve this? The job number I was given is: 583172.  I was also given this number:  ECM0022784386

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_08pogj. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the line. Did you report the incident yourself, or did someone share the information you were given? Also, are you able to share a picture of what the line looks like?

The delivery company reported the incident, and they gave me ECM........  I called and spoke with a person who gave me the job number.

I have pictures but do now see a way to send them with this format.

@user_08pogj Thanks for clarifying. You should be able to share a screenshot. Or if you prefer, you can send it in a Direct Message.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press Enter to send it.
