Low Hanging Line

Outside of my house the main line is getting lower the steal wire that wraps around the cable broke and the line is getting lower.

Good luck getting anyone to come out. I reported the same thing several weeks ago. No one has come. The line will eventually fall into my driveway. I reported it twice. At this point, I don’t think Comcast cares.
