Low hanging line blocking a street

@XfinityChelseaB​ that doesn’t work well, using that link you are not able to specify the location or the issue.   You can only pick from a few options to identify the issue , and you CAN NOT indicate the location at all.  

I’m posting the address / location here hoping xfintity can dispatch to the actual location to service the down wire.   

@user_9ut9x6, How did you confirm that the line down is an Xfinity line? Are you a current Xfinity customer whose services are being affected? When you go to that link, you would pick "I think cable wires outside my home pose a safety risk" and then continue and provide your email address and phone number, along with picking from the drop-down "Outside Cable wires are obstructing traffic" and then submit. Then someone will reach out to you for more information. 

Thank you for your reply.  I saw an xfinity technician cut the line when he was working this afternoon.   And replacing it with a new one.  This is located on an alley street behind my house and mailing address, so noting it as a customer with no details would indicate my mailing address / the front of my house, which is not where the issue is.   The downed wire is down the street from my address on a street behind my mailing address and house.   The downed wire is at 2018 or 2020 Panama Street Philadelphia 19103.   If it’s not serviced the wire will get hooked on a car truck or other vehicle and will pull down dozens of other xfinity wires and maybe the pole they are all attached to.   

xfinity provides no way for a person to get this important information to the company and resolved through its automated systems or phone numbers.
