Low hanging frayed line

We have a low hanging frayed line. We reached out weeks ago and have submitted multiple “tickets” via an automated assistant and have heard from no one. How can we get this resolved

user_44mgct Thank you for stopping in for help with this line. We would be more than happy to help look into your requests for you. Could you tell me how long ago your first request was submitted?

@XfinityAmandaB sorry for a delay. I think our first submission was maybe 2 months or so ago. We called multiple times and were directed to an automated message which then said we were on a list but no one ever came. Is there a number we can have to speak to someone to please have somebody come out and raise the line

user_44mgct Our team could loop in our local team to further investigate the situation. These style field requests normally can take up to 3 weeks depending on permit acquisition and various other factors.

Yes please however we can have it resolved. Will there be a number provided or anyway we can track it? Att had a similar line and they fixed it I believe the same day or next that we made the request and it just took them like 5 mins to raise the line up the pole a little. I don’t think any permits would need to be pulled
