Low hanging dangerous wires

We have called xfinity (on the phone passed from department to department for 45+ minutes) as well as submitted a ticket (useless because our account is linked to our rental property, not the property with the dangerous wires). Other companies have come out and told us the wires are tagged xfinity. NO RESPONSE OR ACTIONS FROM COMCAST! We have pictures of the tagged wires that the AT&T tech (who showed up 24 hours after we called easy peasy) took with the Comcast tag. The wires are hanging into the roof of our garage, are hanging low enough that the kids can’t play ball in the backyard, and they swing in the wind and make loud noises.

Also, since we don’t have an account and the current address, there is no quick way to even get in contact with xfinity customer service.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I have the same problem - loose xfinity cable across yard. Have spent hours on the phone with xfinity, getting passed around from person to person, with NO results!! Very frustrating !
