Low hanging Comcast wire

I recently had a storm in my area, which is Park Forest, Illinois, which knocked out a lot of power and Internet. My Internet is still down. But that’s not the issue. I have a wire hanging from my house and there is a tree laying on the wire in fact, it is very low to wear. Children can be near it. No one at Comcast seems to care. I’ve called several times and again I can’t get to anyone. what can I do about the situation get the wire off of the tree at least so the kids are not near it.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @user_ouvi7p. We can help get that low-hanging line reported.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
