Low hanging cables

I have low hanging cables in front of my home and across my driveway. The cables are lower than 13ft. Tree trimming crane trucks will come to my home this month to cut down trees and we are concerned there is a safety problem that the lines will hit the trucks. I spoke to the power company and they said to contact you. How can I get your crews to come out to raise the cables to a safer height ASAP?

user_rocky Thanks again for reaching out, and letting us know our local team was able to verify the lines in question are not part of the Xfinity network.
