Low hanging cable!

Who can I contact about a low hanging cable wire across my driveway that hangs low enough that it doesn't allow some trucks to deliver? This same wire runs along a walking path that the public uses and is only about 6 to 7 feet off of the ground. The wire has been low for over 2-1/2 years now (Winter of 2023-2024). It and a power line were laying on the ground as a result of a winter storm. When the lines were reinstalled, they weren't hung at the same height as they were before the storm took them down. I had contacted Comcast before without results. The ticket number for this escalation was [Edited: "Personal Information"]
